In order to establish a friendly platform for international exchanges on Health Qigong, promote the in-depth development of the Health Qigong cause in Europe and across the globe, inspire enthusiasts worldwide to continuously improve their skills and jointly participate in this grand event, and propel Health Qigong onto an even broader stage, after deliberation by the Executive Board of the International Health Qigong Federation (IHQF), it has been decided that the 7th European Health Qigong Games will be hosted by the Italy Health Qigong Association (IHQA).

Tournament method
1) The "Health Qigong Competition Rules" issued by the Chinese Health Qigong
Association will be used for the judgment.
2) Teams participating in Group events shall stand in a "one" line or in two rows of
staggered positions.
3) Teams participating in Double events shall stand in a "one" line.
4) Teams for Individual events will be arranged as follows: "One" line or two rows of
staggered standing.
5) For Group, Double and Individual competitions, the ABBREVIATED VERSION
of the original exercise, compiled by the Chinese Health Qigong Association, and the music WITHOUT oral prompt shall be used.
6) Competition Rules for Health Qigong • Qi Wu (Dance):
A. Participants may choose among the nine sets of Health Qigong exercises.
B. Music for the performance is of their own choosing, and the performance time shall
be between 5-6 minutes.
C. Except for transitional movements between actions (including necessary footwork and hand techniques for transitions), all movements performed by the competitors must be derived from the chosen Health Qigong routine. The sequence of movements, number of repetitions, direction of movement, team positioning, and rhythmic variations of the members can be arranged freely.
竞赛办法
（一）评判采用中国健身气功协会印发的《健身气功竞赛规则与裁判
法》。
（二）集体项目参赛队伍场上成“一”字形或两排错位站立。
（三）双人项目参赛双人场上成“一”字形站立。
（四）个人项目比赛队型排列为： “一”字形或两排错位站立。
（五）“传统式”集体赛、双人赛和个人赛项目均为中国健身气功协
会推广的无口令词的缩编版伴奏音乐。
（六）健身气功•气舞竞赛办法：
1.竞演项目可从健身气功九套功法中任选一套。
2.竞演音乐自选无人演唱乐曲，时间在 5- 6 分钟之间。
3.除动作之间的过渡动作之外（包括过渡必要的步法和手法），竞演队员所有动作须出自所选的功法。功法动作顺序、动作重复次数、动作方向、队伍站位、队员动作节奏变化等可自行编排。
录取名次和奖励
（一）国际气联已正式注册的欧洲参赛代表队（人）与未在国际气联
注册的欧洲参赛代表队和非欧洲国家和地区参赛代表队（人）将一起
比赛但分开录取名次。国际气联已正式注册的欧洲参赛代表队（人）
单独排名，未在国际气联注册的欧洲参赛代表队和非欧洲国家和地区
参赛代表队（人） 按照所有参赛队（人）整体排名。
（二）集体赛、双人赛和个人赛各项目均设一、二、三等奖，其中按
照排名，一等奖录取单项参赛队（人）的 20％，二等奖录取单项参赛队（人）的 30％，三等奖录取单项参赛队（人）的 50％，所有奖项均按四舍五入的方法录取名次。
（三）如代表队（人）数为 2 支（人），依次录取为二等奖、三等奖；如代表队（人）数为 1 支（人），录取为三等奖。
（四）集体赛各奖项颁发奖杯和证书；双人赛和个人赛各奖项颁发奖
牌和证书。
Admission ranking and awards
1) Athletes/teams of European Member organization of IHQF and athletes/teams of
European promotion organizations and other organizations Non-European will compete
together with their score ranked separately. European Member Organizations Athletes /teams are ranked exclusively, while European promotion organizations and Non-European Athletes/teams are ranked among all participating athletes/teams.
2) Awards of Gold, Silver and Bronze are set up in each discipline in Group, Double and Individual competitions. For each ranking, 20% of awards of Gold, 30% of Silver, and 50% of Bronze are given to the athletes/teams in single discipline respectively, and all awards will be admitted according to the rounding method.
3) If the number of teams (persons) is 2, they will be awarded the Silver prize and the Bronze prize respectively; if the number of teams (persons) is 1, they will be awarded the Bronze prize.
4) Trophy and diploma are given to the awarded team in Group competitions, medal and diploma to the awarded athlete in Double and Individual competitions.
